Who We Are

Comrade Software is a commercial Flash, web and software development company based in San Francisco, California, employing both local and remote staff, and serving clients within the United States as well as the UK, Australia and Japan.

The company was founded in 2002 by Evan Kirchhoff and Shawn Hickey, and has been continuously profitable throughout the downward and upward swings of the internet economy.

Comrade's current focus is mobile Flash, developing games and other entertainment content in both Flash Lite 1.1 and 2.x.

In our work, we stress the importance of good graphic design, strong and consistent branding, and careful attention to interface usability.

Comrade principals are experienced in print production, online marketing techniques, and the authoring and delivery of technical training materials.
